Drake: “Rihanna Used Me”
Rapper Drake has opened up about his short-lived fling with Rihanna, accusing the “Umbrella” singer of using him like “a pawn“. The pair sparked rumors of a romance last year after they were spotted enjoying a night out in New York together following Rihanna’s split from Chris Brown.
Drake – real name Aubrey Graham – reveals the relationship began when the Bajan beauty asked him to write a song for her, although they never publicly confirmed they were dating. But Drake now admits the singer left him heartbroken.
He tells the New York Times, “I was a pawn. You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I’ve done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear. I was like, ‘Wow, this feels terrible’.”

Bethenny Frankle has a new reality show! ”Bethenny Getting Married?” is the spin-off to “The Real Housewives of New York City“ and premieres June 10th, at 10/9c on Bravo.
In the new reality show, Bethenny will introduce viewers to a new chapter in her life that includes newly-wedded husband Jason Hoppy and their newborn Bryn. “I think everybody at Bravo and everybody who’s seen it is surprised by that fact, that it could be so different. You get into the minutia of my life and the details of my life,” Bethenny said in a press conference call.

Since Rihanna rose to fame back in 2005, her celebrity has walked the line between R&B star and fashion plate. Like Madonna before her, Rihanna swapped her lengthy given name for a punchier mononym and became as well-known for her chameleonic stage ensembles as she is for the songs she sings while she’s up there.
In 2008, Rihanna’s singular sense of style and growing presence in the fashion world caught the eye of Gucci creative director Frida Giannini, who signed her to Gucci’s Tattoo Heart Collection Campaign to benefit UNICEF. Today Rihanna recalls what a “big deal” that was, saying there should be more black women in fashion. She said to Elle:
It’s clear there are definitely fewer black women in the high-fashion industry. One of the things I respected most about Gucci was that they did a print campaign with me. I’m a black girl on a fashion spread for Gucci—that was a big deal.”
I respect designers who aren’t afraid to go outside the box. I went to a Jean Paul Gaultier show, and I saw girls who are thicker than me, beautiful and voluptuous and different ethnicities. That made me so excited. I thought, ‘Okay, I can work that, for sure.’”

Celebrity pals Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow have been best friends for over a decade, but that all might be history now. Sources tell Usmagazine.com that the ladies got into a mysterious argument that finished their friendship for good.
An insider said,”They don’t speak. I can’t tell you exactly why they had the falling out, but Gwyneth can be jealous and competitive.”
Hm. Could it be Madonna whom Gwyneth was referencing in a recent interview with British Vogue? Paltrow told the magazine, “I’m having a situation right now with a friend where I’m feeling pretty angry.”

Three new images are brought forward as a sneak peek to Kelis‘ “4th of July (Fireworks)” music video. The clip was shot in the desert outside Los Angeles and was co-directed by Kelis, Rankin and Nicole Ehrlich. It is going to be premiered June 16 on VEVO.
Produced by DJ Ammo, “4th of July” is confirmed to be included in Kelis’ forthcoming studio album “Flesh Tone“. The new song will be showcased live for the very first time on North American TV when she visits “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on June 18.
On the day “Flesh Tone” hits the market across U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand on July 6, Kelis will celebrate it by appearing on “TODAY” show. Her additional television appearances include “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on July 13 and “Tavis Smiley” with air date still to be determined.

In the latest issue of Rolling Stone, contributing editor Mark Binelli goes one-on-one with the New York legend, watching Jay-Z try on a new suit in his sprawling Manhattan office and tagging along to the Four Seasons, where the rapper goofs by mispronouncing actor Kelsey Grammer’s name at a watch auction (after calling the Frasier star “Chelsea,” he asks Binelli how to spell “faux pas”). It seems the man who made his name rhyming about hustling and hos in Brooklyn’s Marcy Projects is actually more comfortable around an unlikely new crowd: indie rockers. “I love the energy coming out indie rock right now,” he says, name-checking Grizzly Bear. “It has this rebellion thing that hip-hop is missing now, the thing that made hip-hop hip-hop.
